Watertight Workmanship Warranty – MAC Exteriors Constructions watertight workmanship warranty covers faulty workmanship leading to water infiltration from installation of new exterior system. MAC Exterior Construction will provide a 3-year workmanship warranty starting from the date of the final invoice. MAC Exterior Construction warranty consists of labor and materials needed to repair any area in the contracts scope of work and materials installed. Home and or building owner must report workmanship claim to MAC Exterior Construction immediately (within 48hrs) upon discovery of faulty workmanship via email to dan@buildingwithmac.com.  The warranty is transferable one time to a new owner when MAC Exterior Construction is contacted of new ownership of property within 30 days of ownership taking place of property. New owner must claim new ownership of property to email dan@buildingwithmac.com.  Certified and NDL workmanship warranty is good for 2 years before Manufacturer warranty begin coverage. All material failures will be warranty by the material manufacturers with their written warranties. The contract must be paid in full within 30 days of the final invoice for a watertight workmanship warranty to be implied. Failure to fulfill contract final payment within 30 days of final invoice will void MAC Exterior Constructions watertight workmanship warranty.

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC requires a 50% project total down payment within 7 calendar days from the acceptance of a contract. The remaining 50% of the original contract in addition to 100% of change orders will be due in 7 calendar days from the completion of the project and change orders. MAC Exterior Construction LLC reserves the right to a 50% deposit on all change orders over the amount of $2,000.00 prior to starting the work for any change orders.

-Split payment options with financing and other types of payment will be as follows. Other payment forms must be used for down payment. Finance will be applied for final payment.

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC reserves the right to Lien a property if payment is defaulted after 14 calendar days of completion of the contracted work. Upon signing this contract, the guarantor agrees to pay any legal and lien fees associated with a default of payment in 14 calendar days.

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC contract will honor the proposal for a period of 14 days from the date of the proposal. After 14 days MAC Exterior Construction LLC reserves the right to provide a new proposal for materials and services.

‍ ‍

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC reserves the right to default or delay projects due to events beyond the control of MAC Exterior Construction LLC. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, material supply availability, pandemics, war, and payment default.

-In the event a Guarantor wants to cancel a signed contract after 72 hrs. of signing with MAC Exterior Construction LLC. 10% of the contract cost will be retained to MAC Exterior Construction LLC for the administration process of the contract after 72hr of contractual agreement with the guarantor. In addition, any materials delivered to the project or special order placed with material suppliers will be billed out to the guarantor at the invoice cost. If the material supply company will take the materials back, the guarantor will be charged for all restock, pickup and or delivery fees.

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC will protect the property and assets of the address we are contracted to perform work to the best of our ability. Due to the nature of the work being performed we will not be responsible for damages incurred by the construction process. Debris and dust falling through during construction is a likely event. Cleaning of debris and dust will be at the guarantor’s expense. MAC Exterior Construction can provide guarantor a quote for protecting the interior at the request of guarantor.

- MAC Exterior Construction LLC will not be responsible for repairs or replacement in the event of damage of existing mechanical units, solar panels, vents, flashing, cupola, weathervanes along with any other penetration or equipment that needs to be removed and reinstalled for MAC Exterior Construction LLC to perform contracted work.

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC will perform all installation services as per industry standards and or manufacturer specified installation details.

‍ ‍

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC reserves the right to take photos of the project and property to be used for marketing, social media, amongst other business needs.

‍ ‍

-MAC Exterior Construction LLC will not sell personal and or property information of guarantor to a third party without the consent of the guarantor.

‍ ‍

-Any and all unforeseen additional labor and materials needed to complete the project as per code and or industry standards will be billed at an additional cost. This would include but not be limited to existing structure materials i.e.- wood, metal, composites that are unsatisfactory to fasten to or cover with contracts scope of work materials. These changes will be re-submitted as a change order to the contract guarantor.
